Perinatal Mental Health
Whether you are starting a new chapter, navigating your relationships, or adjusting to a change in your life, I am dedicated to fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for you during your transitional period. I work alongside you to understand the story of who you are as a whole person and how that affects what is going on in your life today. I hold a deep respect for your unique journey, and I collaborate with you to explore your relationships with your mind, body, and others, supporting your movement towards a more authentic self.

Like my work as a full-spectrum doula, I see how your steps toward healing and emotional health take courage and vulnerability, and so we work to grow your awareness and understanding of yourself and your context, with empathy, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I am particularly passionate about cultivating mental health and holistic wellness in the perinatal period.

However you come to me, I am passionate about helping you build healthier relationships with your mind, emotions, body and others. Outside of the therapeutic space, I’m a lover of brewing and drinking coffee, reading, walking and spending time with my partner and two dogs.
